Writing About Legal Topics for Non-Lawyers

This article provides an overview of the issues that arising when writing about legal topics for a non-legal audience–which, of course, is what many bloggers do. This article doesn’t break a ton of new ground, but it provides an interesting contrast between the issues faced by mainstream journalists and legal bloggers.
