October 12: Suffolk Law Fifth Annual IP & Innovation Conference (videoconference). I’m on a panel about the SAD Scheme.

November 3: Pam Samuelson celebration in Berkeley
November 4: California Lawyers Association 47th Annual IP Institute, San Diego. I’m presenting on Section 230 for IP lawyers.
November 17: UNC Law First Amendment Symposium. I’m on a panel about mandatory editorial transparency.
